Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Methods: We use USPS and UPS. Shipping times depend on your location.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for promotional offers.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Please file a claim with the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

Cosmetics & Skincare: Due to hygiene and safety, all sales are final.

Hair Extensions & Hair Wigs: Due to hygiene, quality control and safety, all sales are final.


Damaged/Defective Items (Tools & Accessories): Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or issue store credit.

Salon Services: Refunds are not offered. If you are unsatisfied, please let it be known before leaving the salon for adjustments to be made.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this window may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice result in a lost deposit and may restrict future booking.

Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

Membership Policy

WinkLilly Beauty memberships include exclusive discounts, loyalty perks, and event access.

Terms:


  • Memberships are non-refundable.

  • Renewal is required to maintain benefits.

  • Verification is required at checkout (platinum membership card system).

  • WinkLilly Beauty reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.

Shipping

All regular product orders are shipped out within three (3) Business Days to exclude Saturday. All custom product orders are shipped out within five (5) Business Days to exclude Saturday. If there is a delay in shipping an item or items due to unforeseen circumstances, purchasers will be informed immediately.
